I am also voting for Shoni Shimmel and voting with a write-in for Odyssey Sims. Really hope CP gets the votes. Think this year may be her best opportunity to obtain awards for a number of reasons having to do with so many things not necessarily related to how well she plays or what a great young woman she is. Love that she is doing so well.

You have to be kidding me on Sims. She is shooting 33% from 2 and 25% from 3 and averaging only 10. Those aren't all star stats. Skylar Diggins is the all star from the Shock.

Skylar has vastly improved over last year. Sims has her moments, but she's not nearly as good as Diggins right now. If Sims improves as much between her rookie and 2nd year as Skylar did, the Shock will have 2 formidable threats at guard next year.

I am not voting for who I think is performing the best. You know a lot of people just vote for who they like. I think the fan vote is as much about popularity and fan loyalty to a team as it is the best players.

As far as Diggins, I like her but she doesn't need my vote. Too, if I were voting for the two best guards in the West, I would vote Taurasi and Whalen. And then there is D-Rob. All I consider better than Skylar and playing better right now.

Finally, OT, but I think Sims is playing better than Skylar did last year. jmo

Agree. I do think Sims' game is better than Skylar's was at this point in the season last year. I would love to see improve her as much as Skylar did. I am not sure she will have the same opportunity to work on her game during the off season. She will probably need to go overseas. Anyway, it is fun seeing Tulsa look better. NOW, if they would just get better announcers, camera work, internet technicians and sound production, Tulsa might be in business.

What is so bad is reading on an internet board about TULSA, like in Oklahoma we know nothing about camera work, announcing, internet technology, etc. PLEASE. There are people available and either Swehota (sp?) is not good at his job or the owners are preventing him from doing his job.
