Even though the No. 1 Westmoore girls had a season-low in shooting percentage, they still were able to grind out 60 points in a 60-44 win over Yukon Tuesday. Despite the win, Jaguars coach Andrea Guziec said “it was definitely not our best game” for the team, which regained the top spot in the rankings after Sapulpa lost to Owasso Friday. Jessi Murcer led the Jaguars (11-1) with 22 points, and got her team out of a slump with a big third quarter that sealed the win.
Yukon: Cammon 15, Anderson 12, Basler 9, Sailer 6, Martin 2, Dechant 2.
Westmoore: Murcer 22, Gomez 15, Richardson 14, Stonebreaker 4, Chastain 3, Outon 2.
