Playing for tv timeouts is inconsistent. There has to be a dead ball, so substitution rest times are unpredictable. Takes away from strategy to end quarters. End of halves are a free throw fest.
I can't think of 1 benefit for the game that halves brings.
It was so dumb. I don’t even know the logic of what they were wanting to happen? Why would you want to extend the game while being up?
Also I’m a big foul up 3 guy, but that early and quick into the possessions baffled me. Then throw in the fact that you could’ve finished the game with Jokic on...
I think he’ll be better than Miles & Pedulla. Probably won’t have as good of stats as Pedulla, but he’s a better defender & tougher. I think he can be a solid starter on a tournament team.
