Agreed. I’m just saying that’s why is hard to compare these 2 examples. I think BV has done an average job overall. But I think he’ll absolutely finish out the year and see how things go the rest of the way.

He also didn’t have the #1 schedule in the country for 2 years in a row. Last year was bad, yesterday was bad, this season has been good. I think BV has had better game management this year, end of half yesterday was bad. I don’t think anyone needs to worry about Mateer or Arbuckle leaving...

Yep. Look at KU last year. Tons of experience, talent, fit great on paper. Then bad season (for KU) because they couldn’t get along.

It's hard for me to keep up with OU. I can't imagine trying to do that with 300+ teams, even if that is your job. Pre-season polls shouldn't be a thing to take seriously anymore.
