I think more guys then that but not many more cade mobley barns and sengun have all been all stars .. jalen green suggs giddey kuminga and wagner likely go ahead of him ... but that still puts him in the top 10 ..

also his shooting was very very predictable .. (not saying i saw him being this level of player) but he has great form .. was an elite FT shooter .. and shot it well as a spot up guy his freshman year at WSU

basketball players can just transfer at mid season ... it is not called "the portal" and they can't play the spring semester (2 team in one season)

basketball players can still transfer mid season .. .. as long as the players are "students" and not employees .. i doubt any judge allows them to go to one portal window ..
