uzan would likely not have made an nba roster....so he could go back to houston or go overseas. he took his best option. you suggested nba level players are choosing to stay in college over the nba. that ain't happening.

yeah....i think if it was 1000%.....he would have stayed in the draft. more likely...he was told his chances of making a roster were not so good....so he wisely chose the better of his options.

where else would uzan and the others go if not staying in college? overseas?

6'8" perimeter players make a lot of money in the nba. 6'8" interior players? probly pretty rare now days.

maybe u could post the amounts for those 4 just because he took less to come to ou....doesn't mean he took less than davis/pack/brown and he damn sure got a whole lot more than forsythe and jones

so u must not have much confidence in reid. top 20 high school recruit? likely one of the highest paid on the roster... if you're right.....we likely highly overpaid. i'll go with more reid and less forsythe/jones

we were close in 3-4 games last season. get those and surely that would have put us in the 5-6 seed range. this roster looks a little better on paper. pm has to start defending home court...even against better teams

he's only an inch shorter than forsythe....who some posters think would have been an acceptable starting pg in the sec next season

brown/pack/davis appear to be pretty good players. reid was top 20 out of high school so someone thinks his talent level/ceiling is pretty high. hopefully those 4 live up to their billing and can hide the deficiency at center. i think the roster is pm's best so far. now he has to do a better...
