That will do it. OU won't waste resources on someone they know isn't coming here. Hence not visiting her, or her visiting here.

You also have to look at style. Does the potential coach's style will work in the SEC? I want a coach to have a style that translates to the SEC (the athlete level is different).

Her poor recruiting, and inability to get her team to value the ball, will keep her from winning at a significant level. We will make the tourney, but that's it. She isn't getting elite-level athletes to come here. She isn't coaching the girls she has to value the ball.

I never said OU hasn't beaten them. But this year, they haven't. And UT beat South Carolina, who beat us worse than a rented mule. This year, they are better.

UT is on a heater on the court, would make sense they parlay that to recruiting. OU, while winning, hasn't beaten that top-level of team like UT has. And hasn't recruited at a level like UT has in over a decade.

The firm you work for has to abide by that law. You are an employee of the firm. These athletes are, again, not employees. It's just like the NFL. Dak may make $60 million a year in salary, but there is legally no cap to what any company wants to pay him.
