I mean, have you seen OUs balance sheet and income statements (financial position and changes in fund balance)? Not super great. Especially since they had to take a major, major bath on their SEC revenues.
They may have it, but are not wanting to use it on basketball. There is no reason to let this abortion take the whole season. Just end it now. The fact they aren't tells me they don't want to.
More like 95/5 returning. This AD just won't let him go while still having to pay him. Unless we have a mysterious benefactor willing to pay his buyout, we are stuck with him, IMO.
She got a huge offer to come here. But after other schools have seen what she can do, there will be a major renegotiation, and I don't think OU can keep her. UT or LSU or UCONN will throw millions at her, and I don't think OU can match it.
Statistics can manipulate and bastardize the truth. I hope she stays, but given how far OU is from winning anything of consequence, I don't know if they can keep her. A big school would have no problem keeping her.
Compared to the % of a star transferring from UT or UCONN, it is. A star at those schools, it's a 0% chance of leaving. A star at OU with 40% is likely.
