This. I wanted to believe that with higher level athletes that his "system" would be hard to stop and that he would continue to preach defense. At this point it looks like other teams have figured the system out and yet OU is doing nothing to stop other teams from doing anything they want.

Obviously, that depends on the non-con schedule, but the SEC should not necessarily be weaker but maybe not as top heavy as it was last year. Still some time for teams to finalize their rosters but some have gotten stronger while others have re-loaded. We won't know if any of it worked roster...

I sort of feel like this was the point from both sides. Moser claiming he can't win more without better players and needs money to do that. The other side claiming he can't coach and wants him out. They come to the agreement that he can have some more money, he put a better roster together...

I'm guessing he means the old school he was already playing for in Memphis. Also, it's pretty well known that a lot of teams has spent a lot of money elsewhere so not sure what the jab is about those being the only schools because that's a pretty solid list knowing the coaches.
