I don’t believe this either. It wasn’t a detriment to him or the team. He didn’t perform well against Texas but he likely wouldn’t have anyway. Even with the injury, he gave us the best chance to win that game. Had Hawkins played against texas, we would’ve lost 41-6 after all of his turnovers...

The players era tournament is stacked with great teams and great competition. I miss the days of being on that level. It’s been a long time.

Ott quit on the team. That’s why he’s not playing. Hes a quitter. Everyone is trying to be quiet about it so it will just go away and not make any waves for our recruiting or his draft stock (which should be zero).

This is ridiculous. He’s not. He might be banged up from the season but he’s not injured. He’s a tough competitor and a good leader, great guy. Hes just not a great QB.
