Any idea why the women play 16 conference games while the men play 18??

It’s hard for me to tell from that article if the team knew they had no chance to host prior to the big 12 semis… personally, I was stressing about how much impact that game had on our chances to lock up a top 4 seed to host, but maybe they knew it didn’t matter at all?

wait, I’m sorry… what in the hell??? If we fully solidified a top 4 seed, we would have to go on the road? Hypothetically, If we were a #1 seed, the 8 seed would host the regional? Big 12 is a joke conference.

I'd hope the committee will be sympathetic to the fact that we're decimated by injuries, but also we are NOT an NCAA tournament team without those guys 🤷‍♀️

There's many things to be concerned about, but the aspect I can't stop thinking about is how this team has a tendency to sleepwalk and play very poorly through large stretches of games. Tonight, we played GREAT for the last 10 minutes of the 2nd half and good for 7-8 minutes after that...

Vann has scored in double figures in every single game since Southern. She's also had a very solid shooting percentage from the floor in every game since Southern too, aside from KSU when she had to go against Lee, who alters every shot. I don't think there's merit to this -- Skylar has been solid.

Yep, Jennie absolutely is a system coach pushing the players to run and gun and take quick shots before the defense really gets set. A lot of the shots taken in the first 10 seconds of the shot clock usually are open and not bad shots. The problem is that they aren't going down. Last season with...
