Didn't see the show about your boy. I knew about it, just missed it.
I saw the Panama Canal show. It amazes me what humans can accomplish, especially without all the technology and tools we have today.
Lizard Lick is on Tru. It's about two rednecks who repossess cars. It's comical (but can get old/redundant fairly quickly).

I occasionally catch them and I agree. Big fan of PBS.
In addition to the previously mentioned shows, I also watch Lizard Lick Towing.
Charlie Rose is awesome...but I watch his show on his website and only occasionally, unfortunately.
I like American Pickers. Like Breaking Bad...but AMC doesn't seem to care enough about it to put it on the air. There are others, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment...watch Tosh...don't really like Conan with Andy...prefer him without. Used to enjoy Anthony Bourdain more than I do now...in my opinion he's lost a little bit of his smart-ass edge. Like American Loggers (I think that's the name).

that doesn't surprise me. tony, i wrote a tag about you on the ow...it was something like, "tony reads the sports page at thanksgiving dinner". it made me laugh because i know it's true, or at the very least could be true. reminds me of a seinfeld episode where george and jerry are at the coffee shop and one of them states that they could read the sports page if their hair were on fire.
