Because she has played very little high school basketball, there is very little information on Chelsea at this time. I will update this profile as more information becomes available.
Just my opinion... I think there is a very good chance she will be ranked in the top 25 of her 2016 class in the next couple of years. Of course, a lot can happen between now and then. We just need to hold onto this commitment.
