I had an idea that might be the case. Lathon is listed as a PG on most web sites. He also plays on Mokan Elite, Trae's AAU team, so he has to know what kind of competition he would be up against if he chooses OU.

I feel like a 5 star P can attract a lot of other talent to want to play with a guy that they know can set them up for their games as well. Hopefully 2018 we can get a couple really good prospects. This team could have a lot of depth by then if people don't transfer

I think landing a 5 star can help, but only if you know how to sell it...Just have to wait and see..

I think I'd rather have Embery from Midwest City. And I think we can get him.
Think about this if Trae stays at least two years. Point guard depth would be Young, Embery, Shpeherd.
That's really good.
