Scott probably saw the writing on the wall with Vann and Chavez coming in. KJ just didn’t have the physicality needed for high level basketball. I was hoping Scott would stick around though.

Yup that and also Keziah can play PG as well if something happened to Zya or Aaliyah.

Raegan just confirmed she will be back next season and isn’t going anywhere ♥️😮‍💨🔥
I'm hopeful Raegan will put in the time during the off-season to work herself into shape to average 25-30 minutes per game. I realize, however, that it's hard for a big to stay on the floor as many minutes as a guard.

Production returning:
  • Minutes 3,496 of 7,025 49.8%
  • Scoring 1,787 of 2,963 60.3%
  • Rebounds 861 of 1,671 51.5%
  • Assists 357 of 759 47.0%
  • Blocks 95 of 134 70.9%

From past observations, this staff keeps things very close to the vest and do not announce until it is a done deal. I think many schools announce as soon as they can even if they are still negotiating NIL. I suspect Landry leaving indicates we are at least negotiating with a good PF. Who? No idea.

I think there is a chance laundry is portaling to a lower div. I do think she would have had minutes next year. I feel like we need at least another 4 or there will be lots of pressure on Brooklyn.

Brooklyn is Good, im personally high on her. I think she will do just fine in Jennie System. But yes she will definitely need help along with Beers. We need Backups regardless.

I would love a backup 4 and a Buckup 5 .

For us we need at least 3 from the portal but at least 2 of those 3 need to be players willing to come off the bench and play 15-20 minutes...which can be tough as many of those in the portal are there because they are looking for more playing time. I think our realistic goal would be a 4 playing 20-25 minutes to take Skylar's place and then a depth guard and a depth big both of whom are off the bench like Lexy and Liz this year.

I do expect Zya to play more minutes next year...she should be able to make a leap in production like Sahara did this year. Lofton and Stewart are both unknowns....can Keziah get healthy and be the top 25 in the class player she was before her injury and is Brooklyn ready for the physical play in SEC/top 10 college play.

Keziah hasn't gotten any better even before her injury. Can only go left and no right hand. She doesn't play any defense and won't be at OU 4 years. Also she is not a point guard.

Well if thats the case then neither was Keely Parks. And I think Keziah is better then her. By far.

Keziah does have the chance to be really good. If she can get her shooting down more consistently she will be very good.
Her ball handling is very much more advanced then Keely ball handling for sure, also I don’t think she is bad defensively. Keziah is tough!
