Oh avery. I use to want her badly at Oklahoma but now Im like ehh Im good on her. She isn’t even the player I suspected her to be. I could see her going to Oklahoma State or somewhere else. I don’t think she will get much playing time here. Especially the the freshman we are getting and the returners we have coming back. Plus whoever we get out of the portal, I definitely don’t see Jennie going after her. I would think she goes after someone we TRULY need that can be a impact immediately. There are some GOOD guards already in the portal so we will see who they go after.

I saw that Penn State's Kiyomi McMiller is transferring again....she's a very good little guard, BUT this will be her third school in as many years....

I hope that our coaches are also hitting the portal recruitment process already, I know places like UCLA did that last year while they were still playing. There are already some kids in there that could make a difference for us next season, but chemistry w/other players will def play a factor. I hope having a ball-dominant pg in Chavez doesn't deter some potential guards we could use in the portal.

Im not too worried about the guard positions. A three point specialist that can play defense would be nice but our needs are at the 4 and 5.

We would absolutely have to slow down our pace for her. Don’t think that’s happening.

We don’t need no forwards. We need a Center or two and a shooting guard. At the 4 we have Brooklyn, Sahara and incoming freshman Leelee Bell. We are fine at the 4 spot.
