2026 Transfer portal

her and Cydnee Bryant both did, and both were McDonald's All-Americans. Just imagine what our roster could look like if we'd been able to seal the deal. Hoping to hear some news on portal additions soon, like 1-2 weeks seem realistic? At least for the first one..Moore hasn't had ONE healthy season in college and is coming off of TWO knee (1xeach knee) surgeries in the off-season, otherwise I'd say we should try to get her! TBH she's probably just been overrecruited at UT now.
 
Whoa I completely forgot about Moore, I thought she graduated already.

Those knee injuries are definitely something, I think her starting days are over, but if she wants to come back closer to home she could be a bench prospect for depth and a veteran in the locker room.

When Moore was healthy she was a starter but her knee started bothering her. Aaliyah can go anywhere and be a starter IMO. Good defensively and rebounds so well. But with her Knee injury I think its best she comes off the bench and make a impact. She was also overused at Texas from what I understood too. She was doing the dirty work for texas. Tuhh give me her anyday. I love me a blue collar player.
 
yeah, if she can stay healthy an entire season, I say go for her, but the odds aren't very good. I just looked through the list of entries and there is so much freakin' talent in the portal right now, it's exciting!
 
Also what was the deal with Aaliyah Moore out of high school?

Did we try? Was she just not interested? That was still in Sherri Coale’s administration right?

Sherri Coale didn’t recruit her I guess. I was mad we let her leave Oklahoma years back. She was a stud in HS and was good at Texas when she did play. Every time we face them and she was playing she gave it to us all the time. I hated it. But I think it had to do with the fact she didn’t get recruited by Oklahoma back then. Because her WHOLE family are Oklahoma Sooner fans.
