Our wives sound similar. She sat her freshman year and waited her turn. They recruited over her position and gave a freshman more minutes, too. She knew this and still stayed and tried a year. She wants to go elsewhere, and I get it.

Doesn’t matter where the vann ladies choose to play, and I don’t know them, but the Vann family is sooner royalty to me. Love them, appreciate them, and would never boo any of them and will always wish them the very best.

Never seen the baby vann play, but zya is a good player. Just like skyler, extremely tough and tough minded. Rare quality. I have never seen zya as a point but I truly hope she develops into one

I would love for us to get one of those 6'6" girls and then maybe add an athletic longer player like O'Neal and Addie brown. I like mixing in a veteran or two with this group because right now Sahara is the only one we will have on the roster next year..I think we need a deep bench that we can go to for immediate production. That was our biggest problem this past season if our starters were not effective against some teams we really couldn't come up with much offensive production from the bench players, not their fault because they were all freshmen for the most part and gaining experience. Hopefully JB learned a little from that and can find a happy medium. Look at South Carolina they are trying to stack their roster with 15 players!

They’ll likely have Stewart as a 5 and Williams the 4 still.

Probably. Which she didn’t play bad there for a freshman coming off the bench.

My starting lineup if I had to make one today.

1. Aaliyah
2. Lofton
3. Speiser/Parks
4. Sahara/Leelee
5. Brooklyn/Daffa

Leelee Bell can play any position on the floor. Speiser is gonna need to get quick and work on her conditioning this offseason to be able to keep up with SEC guards, but can shoots lights out. Parks is gonna need to stay healthy and get stronger, also a good shooter. Curious on Daffa process is like this offseason along with Brooklyn.

Sheeesh that would be a dream but im not sure tbh. Definitely would be a HUGE advantage if we had Brooklyn/LeeLee at the 4 Sahara at the 3 and a True big we’d be ridiculously outrageous on the boards.

Physical is one thing. We need them to be athletic. Beers got torched frequently down low, and she didn't get drafted by the WNBA because she was a revolving door on defense. We don't need a repeat of that.

I believe that we have to be quick and tall.....running a offense that is always in motion.
Unless of course, we do get a great 5!
