A nice award for Coach Moser

I posted this thinking it'd be nice to share some good news about our coach.

This is why we can't have nice things.

Yes, great thread, Sky. You were actually one of those not exactly jumping for joy when Moser was first hired (which is fine). However, your mind has continued to stay open, and like most of us, are hoping for him to be successful here.

I was going to use this thread to ask ABD's opinion(s) on Brian Moore (NEO) and the kid from NOC-Tonkawa who decommitted from Maryland. For whatever reason, the kid's name is slipping my mind.

But I thought better of it, lol.

Excellent thread. Moser is a great rep for OU.

The NOC Tonkawa player is Cashius McNeilly. He committed to Maryland when Danny Manning was the interim coach and was left high and dry when Manning didn't get the permanent position.

I appreciate the post, Sky. To have the basketball writers make the statement that Porter is a good guy means that he is doing a good job in working with the media. While that doesn't mean OU will have a great men's team, getting media members to enjoy working with the head coach should assist OU with positive coverage.

I for one appreciate having a head coach who is considered a good guy rather than a douchebag.
