I asked a member of the coaching staff this question last week. If one of this years bunch were to make 1st Team all Big 12, who would it be? His answer might surprise you. What do you guys think?

I'm going for it: McGusty.

(I don't really think he'll be All-Big 12, but I figured, go big or go home.)

I am going for Lattin. He has a lot of D. Potential in O.

Alternative is Christian. He seemed to recover from his injury issues towards the end of last year. He has a lot of potential.

Pledger!

James or Lattin would be my guess.

Woodard is the obvious choice but since it will surprise us I'll go with Lattin.

Defensively, he's an elite player. If Lattin makes first team all big 12, we're going to be very good because James and Woodard are going to be all big 12 calibre players.

Lattin will need to get more minutes to be considered all Big 12 material.

James and Lattin will both make it.
Both will score effectively this year.

All Big 12 will be interesting this year. I could really think of only 3 non-OU guys returning this year that I would think of as all conference talent. Morris at ISU, Mason at KU and Evans at OSU - all guards. Couldn't come up with any big men in that category but I may be forgetting someone(Dean Wade?).

If Lattin is All-Big 12, it's only because there isn't much talent at his position. If you include second team, Woodard is the safest bet, but James might have a higher potential.
