As we're all on here clamoring for any smidgen of info we can find.... Again... I found myself flipping around the channels and landed on the Longhorn Network. Even though by all accounts it's been a failure, they sometimes have interesting stuff for their fans. Now, the jury may be out on how many UT fans actually care, but they had a UT basketball "All Access". I found myself watching it as it was pretty interesting. They were highlighting all of UT's new great recruiting class, getting into their personalities, showing them practicing in the summer, etc. Had alot of player and assistant coach interviews. Tons of off season content. It got me thinking... Why in the world couldn't OU do that? I mean, they have Soonersports.TV, supposedly a mini-OU network. This is a program that just went to the Final 4. I just think there are alot of OU fans like us that would eat it up, plus it would help generate even more interest. C'mon man!

Sounds cool but obviously unreasonable for someone living in NW Houston.

I wont say too much, just because I don't know if the coaches actually want stuff out there from these summer practices.

BUT, Rashard Odomes is a totally different player. It's remarkable. He is perhaps the 2nd best player on the team (behind Woodard).

My job has changed and I'll actually be making trips down to the OKC/Norman area quite a bit this year, so I hope to be making a lot of visits to open practices!

I went to a couple of practices last summer and was impressed with Odomes then. He has a little "wiggle" and was good taking it to the rack. His outside shot was funky but I understand that's what the coaches have worked on.

Thanks for the info. Spill it all brother! The practices are open, they're not trying to hide anything. How about Doolittle, McGusty, and Burford?
