Well, 6 guys on the first team is a joke.

Overall though, pretty good list. Very good talent in the league this year. I mean, 2nd team can play some ball.

I wouldn't have minded slipping Aldrich down to 2nd team (or at least on the same tier as Morris), but I guess they want to have a true big on 1st team.

As for the Udoh vs. Gilstrap. Not really any question. Udoh has completely changed what the Bears can do on defense this season. The blocks/altering of shots is huge.

How was Burks named FOY over TMG and then TMG was 3rd team Big XII over Burks?

I guess cuz all 12 coaches had to vote for a freshmen for FOY but on the all league teams you could put whoever so Higgins probably got most of the love for CU and TMG for OU.

He's definitely done a great job but I think Turgeon deserves it. Everybody had KSU & Texas above them preseason and he finished tied for 2nd despite losing Derrick Roland. And he really has them playing well now where KSU has fallen off. He's really done a nice job with that team especially since Sloan and Davis is really the only experienced guys he had coming in.
