This is very unimportant, but something I am curious about. When the public address announcer at LNC announces the starting lineups, he does not annouce the coaches names during Big 12 play. But he does during the preseason games. Is this a conference rule or does OU do it to keep certain coaches from getting booed? I have a strong feeling how Sulkey Mulkey would be welcomed. I have noticed this protocol for years. Some of you follow the team to other Big 12 arenas. Does anyone know about this?

Thanks. It must be an OU rule. I do not know whether the announcer for the OU mens games does it thus way or not. If they announce the coaches names during the mens games, it is probably Coales rule for the women.

I think the only coach that booing would apply to would be Mulkey, and she knows it, deserves it, and could care less.

Actually, as arrogant and self-absorbed as Mulkey is, she probably thrives in being booed.

That would explain her wardrobe. "Oooo, what hideous thing shall I wear to pizz off the opposing fans today?!"
