on the KREF today via podcast. Was able to hear Joe C answer a question about renovating the LNC.

His response: That requires a lot of funding.

It ain't happening any time before 2020 folks. Sounds like a backseat subject until a major donor comes in with $50M imho. Has been for decades. OU doesn't have vision to their fund raising from my perspective. They are effective in football due to known interest from many avenues, but in basketball it's antiquated.

That's coming from a football first fan, but truly po'd OU hasn't done anything worth its salt in BB facilities or arena other than average and average.

He did go on to say the S&C facility at the dock area of LNC is in detail design. You know those near the basement of the LNC.

A national championship could jump start that project.
