Best game of Jamuni's young career!

It's almost as if there is a reason Lattin starts. That doesn't change the fact that jamuni had a good game and contributed to the win

I agree and said as much.

Relax. There was no insult.

No more so than the three 12-15' shots by Lattin. Only Lattin's were merely no, no, no without the yessss!

Lattin has made those jumpshots before. The 1st one, I was ok with him shooting. The 2nd one may have had a couple of no no's in them. At least he didn't shoot it a 3rd time.

One time when he shot it, it was on an inbounds where a&m did a good job of denying our guards the ball. We only had like 2 seconds on the shot clock so he had to put it up

My impression from attending practice on occasion over the past two seasons is that Jamuni has something you cannot teach .. the desire to be good; the desire to succeed. He shares these traits with the other young players in the practice gym. (Seems to be a trend with Kruger recruits.)

Jamuni has tremendous length and athleticism and also strikes me as being a very intelligent young man, with an optimistic personality. He may still be lacking some basketball savvy that comes with experience, but his upside potential is very high. A smart, determined guy with length, athleticism and a great attitude is a wonderful combination in a college basketball player.

It will be fun and interesting to watch his continuing development, and that is also true for the other underclassmen.

I've only seen him at practice once (and it was 15 months ago), but I had that same impression, Traveler. As I've posted more than once, I was very impressed by him.

One of my pet peeves is when players foul a shooter under the basket but don't foul them hard enough to keep them from scoring. Jamuni didn't do that and I don't think that kid ever hit both of his free throws.

Now I know a pet peeve can be a great thing!!!:D
