Jenni Carlson has an article on newsok.com saying it is Jim Littell. I do not agree with her. Does anyone?

Not in the least.

I think she just loves to give the OU women's basketball program and its fans a "bird" every now and then (like writing that absurd, pro-Kim Mulkey column last season, knowing full well that OU fans can't stand her and why).

Certainly the fans in Stillwater don't. Almost no one attends their games. Think about that.

Even their win against BU was tainted since the "bars" most important player - Niya Johnson - didn't play.

Jenni Carlson does a great job on the human interest sports stories. She's not so good on anything else.

The headline is a great example of 'tabloid journalism' that has infected print and all other forms of media these days.

This year, yes. Overall, no.

Not this year, not ever.

He does have a nice team this year, though. Brittany Martin is a great player and I wish she were a Sooner.

Oh, and congratulations to our Sooners and their coach (can't recall her name) for that 18-point win over Littell and his Cowgirls today.

I almost wish Sherri would have called out Carlson, or at least thanked her for the motivation. But I know she wouldn't have done it, no matter how tempting it was for Sherri to gloat a little.
