Buddy is by far our best player. He makes a ton of clutch shots.
But...I do not feel comfortable with him having the ball late in the game. He tends to make careless turnovers. I don't understand it for someone as skilled as him.

But again he is a stud and by far our best player. He just makes me nervous at the end of games

Agreed. Also, we should be passing to beat the press instead of dribbling. Of course, he didn't pass well against the press either. Just need to burn this tape.

Reason #762 of why I don't like Cousins at the point. He can't even be counted on to bring the ball up the court late in games b/c he can't make free throws.

The guys just needed to get their heads up, and make some passes. You don't usually beat the press with the dribble.

Problem is other teams now know Cousins is struggling from the field and line, amd buddy has turnover issues. They are forcing the ball away from Jordan and taking their chances. Need to snap out of the funk real quick with west Virginia coming up. Should help thay we are at home for that though.

This is a problem for us down the road - we need Cousins to seriously step up because we basically have 1 ball handler for end game situations.

Agree but you also need to prepare and have guys understand what needs to be done. Seems like LK was just trying to let either Woodard or Buddy keep the ball in hope of drawing the foul. Almost cost us this time.

Too much dribbling especially in traffic. He can't crossover 2-3 when a good defender is on him. He played hard !!!!!

Yep, once the other team has to foul quickly Buddy is the best option, while the other team is spending some time trying to get a steal first JW is the best option.

Career an okay 70%. I'll ride with him, too. He can handle the ball.

Buddy does not have the handles Cousins or Woodard have. Woodard is are best clutch player! I take Woodard over anyone taking the last shot or handling it at the end of the game. Buddy usually doesn't get the space woodard can get.

OU's starting guards are playing way too many minutes.

LK is going to have to play Odomes and James a little in the first half of games, even if it's just a couple minutes.

It's taking its toll.
