Buford still searching for stability | NewsOK

I've been told privately by one of of our "in the know" posters that Dante is a great locker room teammate. That jives with what Doolittle is saying. Dante doesn't appear to be a rah rah guy, so it surprised me a little bit when I was told. That's one of those intangibles that every team needs behind the scenes.

Whenever he's on the bench he always seems to be doing the most celebrating after a big shot or dunk.

And the advice he's given them is spot on.

I heard the same thing about Dante.

Aber is right, though, Buford is not a player I would have pointed to as a team leader. I have assumed all along no one on this team had accepted that responsibility. If his teammates look to him as a leader, that's one assumption I will be happy to get wrong. Good for Dante!
