He really makes me happy shooting inside of 15 feet. We've got to find a way to get him shots along the baseline and around the elbows.

Also, he played very under control today. I really think he's got a very bright future for us. Besides BG, one of the best freshman we've had in a long while. He's pretty darn athletic himself.

Agree 100%. He is growing up quickly, just in time for conference play.:clap:clap

The mid-range game is so rarely utilized these days that I get a real kick out of it when Cam or Fitz uses it. I almost posted about it earlier, in fact.

I love that soft 12-foot jumper. Love it.

Yep it is a lost art, even at the NBA level. Its either a dunk or a 3 for most young fans, but old school fans remember how deadly an elbow jumper or a baseline jumper could be...

i remember hearing something about this the other day. :)

It's something that I noticed right away after watching him play a few times in high school. He is pretty uncanny at draining shots from the elbow and the short corner.

I am hoping he will get to the point where he feels confident enough to break a defender down off the dribble after catching a pass on the wing and then shooting a midrange J right in the defender's eye.

Cam is at his best when he shoots off the bounce.
