UConn women match their own winning streak at 90. For a time I thought their domination was impressive. Now I just find it sad.

Is this the result of fewer people caring about the sport? Because it detracts from the game overall.

Same for the men's side? I know we don't have a program dominating like this - but is that why UCLA dominated as they did? Why Kentucky is there every year?

Agree on Uconn, it's pretty easy to dominate the women's side of a sport...def easier than the men's side.

When ya beat a fellow ranked team (or lead) by 40+ ...that shows how "bad" the pool of competition is. Uconn was up 60ish to 20ish over a 20th ranked team last night.

Guess ya look at OU gym level of success, softball is always there..heck even bama's fball run of late.

Don't mind teams always being good, but uconn's "feat" isn't that surprising or honestly that impressive. *I do think it's impressive but it wasn't too long ago tenn with Pat S was in that spot.

UConn's dominance doesn't bother me because I like the way they play the game as compared to some other top ranked programs. They are fundamentally sound, highly skilled and they beat you because they play as together a team.

Before UConn, it was Tennessee. And just as Tennessee came back to earth after Pat, so shall UConn,.

Is it bad for the game that UConn is so much better than the rest of the teams? In the long run, I don't think so.

Doesn't upset me one bit that UConn is better than everyone else.I bet their coaching staff works harder (coaching) than all other staffs. Way I see it if other teams don't like then work harder recruiting and teaching fundamentals of the game. Some of these ladies teams look like a avg high school team at fundamentals OU included. Schools shouldn't be afraid to make any changes in coaches if they aren't doing what they suppose to do..coach and win games. Not rub shoulders with donors at high end dinners.
