Capel at Edlam...

Typing on my iphone as well and the "d" and "l" are pretty far apart. You sure you did not go to Osu for school? Or maybe it is not the education, but the glasses that you need to read the shirt and keyboard... Boomer Sooner!

I think James is good as well, do you know how well he shoots from the outside?

On Richardson, I do not know about him. He seems very athletic and can handle the ball, but his demeanor on the court is not good. He has a little Willie in him (not good). Plus his shot looks very inconsistent. What are your thoughts, Sam?

Shaq looks good and like he can grow into a great big man. Also, Obi is very good. If he can work in being a three in aau I think that he will be a a good d1 player...

Obi is a great high school player but I think Western Illinois is about the right skill level for him at the next level. He's is quick and strong for his size but him being only 6'2ish with little outside game is going to hinder him. If he was 6'5 with the same athletic ability and skill set I think he would be a Big 12 guy.

If OU had a scholarship opening with the need for a 3 type I think they would try to take Richardson. Right now OU only has a guaranteed 2 open ships and trying to fill bigger needs at PG and the post. In another year I think Richardson might be a Sooner, this year I doubt if it happens. Would be great to have him thought since he's an Oklahoma kid and I'm fan of locals getting chances at OU.

James Woodard shot really well vs US Grant last week when I watched him early on. He's seem like a streaky shooter thought. Really be interesting to see what level he ends up at, I think he'll be a D-1 kid though. Question is midmajor or major.

Jordan will be a star, I'm fairly convinced of that after watching him this year.

If Shaq is lucky he'll grow a few more inches and he'll become a big time post prospect. Even if he stays the same height he will be a mid major type with development of course. Hit the weights and continue to tune the post game. Saw him a few times this Summer with the Oklahoma Hawks U15 and he's made good advancement from them considering the time out with the ankle injury. Looks more decisive in his post moves, less waiting, make the move and try to score. He also looked to be stronger.

Jordan Woodard is the goods. He should be a solid top 100 type kid, but luckily for us not big-time enough for Kansas to come in and get.

Hate to make another Kansas reference, but he kind of reminds of former Jayhawk PG Aaron Miles. He's just the consummate point guard/leader. Gets everyone involved, but can also get his own. Great/quick first step, very good handles, crafty getting into the lane and hitting runners, pull-up jumpers, driving and dishing. He even has a nice post-up game against guards his size or smaller.

He's only a sophomore and he's already very good at every facet of the game and already built like a D-1 athlete. Great to see Goodman watching him last week and Capel this week.

I still love Josh Richardson's athleticism and effort (I didn't see Willie in him like someone mentioned above, but then again I wasn't watching him every second). Probably wouldn't give him a ship unless we have a couple more open up and just wanted to fill them.

Jordan Woodard's brother, James, is good as well as a junior 6-4ish slashing guard. Probably a mid-major type guy though at best at this point, IMO.

Shaq Morris has a really nice post-up game and touch for a sophomore. Right now I kind of see him as Drew Fitzgerald without the mid-range jumpshot. He's still got two years to develop and grow. If he gets to 6-10 and can turn some of that baby fat into muscle, watch out! He's more of a thicker big than an athletic big right now though.

Do you take James to try and get Jordan? Or is James too low for OU...? Just thinking aloud... Is Jordan good enough for 2 ships? jk
