Kowalski! Status on Newell,the latest in?

Do you guys remember how excited everyone was about signing Omar Leary? Juco All-American, gonna come in and be the answer at PG. I don't want to get too over confident that Blair and Newell are gonna step on the court and save this season. That said, they are both very talented and have the tools to be really good, but they have to be able to adjust and flourish in Big 12 basketball. I really hope they can but our eggs haven't hatched into chickens yet.

I don't remember that. Leary was a juco guy no one heard of and OU just missed out on Roberson, Lucas, and two other higher rated Juco guys.
