Classy move by Lon to let the seniors, specifically Fitz, close it out last night.

Speaking of Classy... Don't know how many people even noticed it, but right after the final buzzer, Harris for WVU (who had an outstanding game) was pretty despondent and upset about the loss and was walking towards their bench... Osby noticed and went out of his way to pull him aside and have a personal conversation with him.

It wasn't something Ro did for any story or notoriety... He just did it because that's the kind of person, teammate, and even opponent he is. BIG TIME CLASS. But, it doesn't surprise me at all. I think it says a lot about this whole team and the coaching staff as well.

Yeah, this WVU season is not up to WVU expectations or standards, so it had to be a major letdown to lose again, and lose to an opponent you've had to face three times (and counting???)

Still don't regret letting WVU in the conference. They have passionate fans and was surprised to see a few even make the game after such a bad season. Go Eers!

I saw the same thing and had the same feeling about it as you.

There was another play earlier in the game where players got tangled up with fans/cheerleaders/photographers and the camera caught Ro going over to someone (couldn't see who) and asking if they were alright. Not a big deal but it certainly doesn't happen all the time.

I've been a fan for over 40 years and have many favorite players....Mr Osby is right up there with all of them based on how he has handled himself during his time in Norman.
