She has a twitter. Seems like she is a OU fan. Should have a good chance. If the coaches start recruiting her.
 
Is she related to Laura Andrews from Washington, OK who played at OU a few years ago?
 
Hey Handyman, if you look at 2020-2023. OU could win a NC with Oklahoma kids. Katelyn Levings Ranked #2 6-3(2020), Payton Andrews Ranked #6 5-10(2021), Chantae Embry Ranked #1 6-1(2021), Karley Johnson Ranked #8 (2023). Embry and Johnson play for OK Bombers. Who won a NC in AAU. I will ask Hale if OU knows about these players.

It's exciting to know there are so many good young players in our state. I posted another thread asking about team rankings and why Oklahoma didn't have any ranked in the top 25 the past couple of years. Seems the talent is here that's for sure.
 
Just from watching the videos on youtube, she looks like she could be a SF in our system. What is hard to tell in highlight tapes is how well players defend, how athletic they are, what are their ball handling skills, do they have an effective midrange game, etc. She is young so she should expand her skills over the next 3-4 years and could grow a couple of inches or so. I need to go to one of her games soon. I also want to see Levings.

From what I was able to find on the schools' websites was this:

Levings - Oakdale is finished with their season and in the ORES State Tournament (I think that is only for schools that go through 8th grade with no HS). They played Saturday in the first round against Crutcho at home. If they won (I do not know the results) they play on February 12th at 7:00 pm at home (Oakdale is in Edmond near Frontier City). She is an 8th grader so this is her final year at Oakdale.

Andrews - CCS plays their last game tonight against Wynnewood at 6:00 pm at home (CCS is in Norman off I-35). There is also a 7th grade game at 4:00 today. Even though she is in the 7th grade I believe she plays on the 8th/9th grade team.
 
Two of these girls are very tall for their age. If they keep growing they could be tall posts by the time they get to college.

Since when did people even start looking at rankings or even ranking 7th and 8th graders?
 
At the end of the ranked 6th video. She is shooting 3's in the OU womens gym. I no nothing on her talent. I thought Alexander was good. Yet she didn't even start for Liberty.

Looking at the banners on the wall in that video it looks like the men's gym - not that it matters.
 
Peyton has received a recruiting letter from Villanova. Hope she is hearing from us too.
 
Peyton Andrews visited Stillwater again this past weekend, for OSU's homecoming festivities. She had already visited OSU on October 6th.

Both of the Levings sisters were also in Stillwater this past weekend.
