The mood is tense; I have been on some semi-serious, semi-serious reports but nothing quite like this. I uh... Buzz... Josh, err mystery coach. I tried to get an interview with him, but they said no, you can't do that they don't even know who they're interviewing. It might even be a live bear that could rip off my face.

yea, this is getting tough. i feel so guilty getting some work done, then only 45 min later logging back on to here to see if anything is "new". haha.

though it's mid-Tuesday and the "Buzz extension" bit came out on Sunday night...still no confimation on that. so i think that's interesting.

this is taking on such a similar tone to the post-Sampson search. we got ourselves worked-up into a frenzy thinking Tubbs, Calipari even Jay Wright...who were we kidding then?

now there doesnt seem to be any strong, swift strokes of action. which is something we all thought would happen.

I thought since this time we fired the coach, instead of him leaving on his own, that we would be better prepared and have someone in place right now. Although, Maybe our next coach is still coaching. It could be Tad, could be Shaka, could be Brad (I doubt this one since the buyout is huge), Could be Anthony Grant.

At this point if the Buzz rumors of resigning are true then the only reason to wait this long is for it to be one of the ones i listed above
 
it's ok while everyone else actually did their due diligence before firing their coach to actually have a candidate lined up we obviously are f-ing clueless. However it'll pay off in the end cause everyone else will have their new coach before the Final Four begins and yes we can swoop in and get CoolM's guy, Shaka Zulu.
