Courtney had 10 points, 13 rebounds and 2 or 3 blocked shots yesterday in the Tulsa Shock victory over the New York Liberty. The Shock were shorthanded due to Cambage's injured ankle and Angel Goodrich being ill. CP3 hit a crucial layup and free throw w/ 28 seconds left and the score tied.

I've read that Geno wanted Courtney but wasn't interested when he found out Courtney and Ashley were a package deal. Anyone know if that's true?

Couldn't be. He appears to be pretty arrogant, but he ain't no basketball dummy. Both took an official visit to UCONN. Schools don't usually waste an official if they have not offered. He also visited Piedmont and I saw his assistant at a game or two. It was big talk during their recruiting period. The other officials were OU, Texas, and UCLA. I can't remember if the 5th school...Kansas or Syracuse???
