Gary might be the only one who has seen him enough and can give a solid answer on this. I haven't seen enough of him to say anything other than Cam at this point. Maybe Taylor Griffin?

I don't have an answer to either question, but what D1 "player" does he remind us of? Not limited to former Sooners.......

He's a strong, explosive player. He is a little undersized for the PF but has some questions about how quickly he can adapt to playing more on the wing at SF. A player more like Dustin Hogue at Iowas State is who he reminds me of right now, but my knowledge of Buford's game is limited.

Nate Carter with bigger ups or Juan Pattillo with a jump shot.

If he really gets down to business on the wing and tightens up his handles, Jeff Webster or Ernie Abercrombie-type outlook.

This guy has elite athleticism that I haven't seen in a sooner uniform since blake. He isn't as big as Blake, so maybe a more polished, more athletic version of Taylor griffin might be a decent comparison. His ceiling is higher than taylor's, IMO.

You mean definitively or speculatively? If we had to wait to answer things, until the answer was known, there would be no reason for message boards. It would just be people talking about the thing they all agree happened.

The problem with your theory is that we can all see the same thing and draw different conclusions on what just occurred.

As far as Buford, he looks like a super sized Buddy to me.

I wasn't postulating a theory. I was exaggerating to make a point, being that speculative discussions are a large part of message boards (and then internet in general).

Take that back. It was Kadeem Lattin instead of Buford. And, yeah, the GF was very cute.
