Was told last night & again this morning that #OU could name #BYU's Dave Rose soon. I don't see it. But could be wrong

This would be a very underwhelming hire and I don't think he would be able to make the jump from MWC to Big 12.

This would be a really surprising development if true. For a lot of reasons. Here's what Andy Katz said just yesterday:

BYU's Dave Rose isn't going to Oklahoma. That doesn't mean he won't land somewhere else. But OU is out, according to multiple sources close to the situation.

Definitely not a glamour hire. I have to be honest I only watched BYU once and that was this weekend. I wasn't that impressed with much except they basically give the ball to Jimmer and said go score.

However I know he has been successful there over the last few years so he has to have something.
