I currently have Time Warner cable, used to have Direct TV and loved it.

I am thinking of changing but am reluctant because I get to see nearly all Sooner basketball games on the Fox College sites. Looks like most of those games are pickups from Fox Oklahoma and Fox Southwest.

Does Direct TV pick up those games. Tonight's game was not on the Fox College sites.

It was on 9 different stations on DirecTV. The problem with DirecTV vs cable is it is expensive. I posted this a couple of days ago in another thread:

I just set my DVR to record it Friday at 7:00 on one of the Fox Sports Southwest channels (676-2). I have DirecTV and it is shown on 9 different channels (692, 640-1, 646, 649, 654, 676-2, 683, 687, and 649 at 11:00 pm). I quickly looked for the game next Tuesday against Incarnate Word and it's not scheduled yet, but they add these games just a day or two in advance. I also have the Wisconsin game set to record on the 29th (channel 209 at 1:30).

I went with Direct TV several years ago and wouldn't change if the cable service here was free. Well, that might be a bit of a stretch, so let's just say I have no intentions of going back to cable or Dish Network, which I have also tried in years past.

To answer your question, tonight's game was on one of the Fox Sports Plus channels (676-2). Saw a promo during the game that said Tuesday night's game against Incarnate Word would be available as well, but I don't believe the channel has been announced yet. I even got to watch both exhibition games. One was on Fox Sports Oklahoma, can't remember which channel carried the other game.

I don't believe you can go wrong by going back to Direct TV.

Agreed 100%. I love the fact I've been able to watch all 4 of the OU games while living here in the Houston area. That availability is why I subscribe to DirecTV.

I have had Directv since they started and the main reason I have it is - I get to watch most of all the OU sports, i.e. softball, baseball, women's basketball, men's basketball coaches shows, you get the point.

If you are able to swing a two year agreement where the costs are stable when signing up, in addition to a debit card, then the cost is obviously minimal until you decide to perhaps use another provider.
