I still haven't forgotten how one of their lead columnists basically coronated them the "new power team" in Oklahoma when Riley was there, and they only beat OU once during her OSU career. That has nothing to do with Mizell's rankings. I'm not saying that OSU is inferior this year, because I haven't seen them. I'm just used to various Oklahoma media bending over backwards to keep their fragile fan base happy.
