The problem with Tramel's plan there is that it wouldn't be kept quiet. If Blake's dad had that meeting with Dunleavy, they would leak it to the media and try to make Blake look bad.
Then again, nobody seems to have any sympathy for the Clippers and their futility, so maybe the response by media and NBA fans would be to continue to laugh at the Clippers and give props to Blake for not wanting to play for them.
It's an interesting scenario to think about, but in the end I think the Griffin's are too classy to try and pull a stunt like that.
Actually, if the NBA forced Donald Sterling out the Clippers could become the best place in the league. They could rebrand and Blake could become the face of a new franchise.

Al Thornton, Chris Kaman, Eric Gordon & DeAndre Jordan sure are.
And Baron Davis has on and off years. He is just turning 30. Zach Randolph is only 27. NBA players hit their prime at around 28. So yeah,
Baron Davis
Eric Gordon
Al Thornton
Blake Griffin/Zach Randolph
Chris Kaman/Marcus Camby/DeAndre Jordan.
That team could be very good. They are in a lot better position than people want to believe and if Sterling is the cancer, he goes the entire culture can change. Maybe you missed what happened at Kansas State when Bill Snyder took over. Or what happened to the Arizona Cardinals when Bill Bidwell turned things over to his son.
