Durant to Warriors

Nope, Einstein, Durant was drafted in Seattle and Presti was hired after they moved to OKC and became the Thunder. :facepalm

I ignored everything else you said because you should know Durant wasn't drafted by Presti.

Dude. Seriously, just google something. It would have taken two seconds. It's hard to take you seriously when you keep mixing up easily verifiable facts.

Sam Presti was hired by the Seattle Supersonics on June 7, 2007. Kevin Durant was drafted June 28, 2007.

intellectual limitations? buddy the day you want to engage in an intellectual discussion then name the place and time.

There are a myriad of other reasons but since you think you have such a grasp of the situation then please tell me exactly why I would wish to retake the bar in a civil pleading state ? Retaking the bar and starting over after establishing a niche here is a near impossibility at my age and health. But that would also mean running away from the idiots that propagate this crap like apparently yourself and others which violates my personal ethos. I dont believe in turn tail and running. Maybe that's YOUR MO. It's not mine. And that's the part of KD's decision that left me angered.

And once again - Oakland. You're really just making this so easy. I say some of you are exceptionally small minded and you STILL keep focusing on Oakland. Is irony that hard a concept for you? Oh wait, I forgot, you're Mr. Intellect so that couldnt be the case. Right?

Never said I was the only one who knew about minority issues in "central oklahoma" (??). Apparently I am the only one here - or at least one of the few brave or stupid enough to speak up. That's OK though. As someone here reminded me in confidence those who are perpetuating this problem are the last ones to see it. I stand behind my criticism of the people here and will go to my grave doing so until things change.

As for quitting this board and leaving I have been here longer than most all of you. I violated my own personally-held tenets speaking up on this issue because it is important to me. I will continue my battle in earnest at the OK county courthouse as I have for the last 25 years where I have assisted thousands of Oklahomans, many minorities, who make mistakes and deserve an opportunity to move past them without destroying their lives.

There are serious problems on the social front in this state and you're either cognizant of them or you're in denial. There's no in-between. I urge you and the other deniers here to join me Thursday morning in Judge Hall's court at 8 am. You can read each and every police report and hear the stories from both sides, just like I do, for hundreds of Oklahomans and see the blatant racism, lack of inclusion, disparity, and petty intolerance exhibited by a great many of your local buddies. I dare you to do that and then come back here making the same claims. At least you'll have been exposed to the truth then vice the tralala version some of you seem to believe. Thursday morning, OK County, Jury Assembly room (513) 8 am. There are like 220 on the docket and I have roughly 50 of them (many minorities) probably 1/2 pro bono or close to. All of you feel free to come by and see the effects of the social issues in this state firsthand. Here is a link to the docket ...

I pray that some day my biggest case occurs and i look to the other side and i discover you are opposing counsel. What a relief that day will be. :ez-laugh:

"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts".

I think it's pretty clear which group you belong in.

It's terrifying to think that people are relying on you, what a horrible and desperate situation that must be. Please send them a link to this thread so they can make an informed decision; I'm certain they will be impressed and feel reassured.
