If he is the top 1, 2, or 3 overall pick how much better can he get? While another year in college may help him improve as a player, why would you pass on the guaranteed millions to see if that is the case? What if he pulls a Marcus Smart and hurts his draft chances for the next year. Take the money and "improve" while getting paid huge money.
If his back isn't an issue, I don't see him falling below the 2nd pick this year. He has a good shot at being the 1st (depending on the draft lottery). He has got to leave.
