I am here and ready to eat a big, heaping plate of crow. I am ready to see OU move on from Coach Moser.

But first, some brief context. As someone who works as a mental health & addictions worker, everyday I see people who have burned many bridges and our organization is the only thing between them and homelessness. I spent 6 years studying for this and have been in the field for 3+ years now. As a teenager, I stuck by a family member who was homeless because of physical and mental health issues when no one else would.

I realize Coach Moser probably makes a much better living than most, or all, of us and is not in dire circumstances by any means. I am too emotional and not logical enough sometimes and this has caused me to defend Coach Moser when the results have been indefensible. To me, giving up on people feels like a character flaw rather than a business decision. But in terms of ROI and wins relative to talent level, this is the worst season since 2009-2010 when we had Tommy Mason-Griffin, Willie Warren and Tiny Gallon. I wish Moser the best, but I am now fully ready to see OU relieve him of his duties.

Are you trying to say the Moser has mental health issues lol

Lol I am not sure if he does or not. But just based on his sideline demeanor and the fact that assistants leave often, it wouldn't surprise me if he deals with some anxiety and neuroticism.

Oh man…

not a good admission.
you're a supposed expert in your field.....but you admit you fail to recognize problems until it's too late.
