He’s got a bad roster. Tulsa really is in a tough spot because any player they develop into a decent player is going to transfer to a high major level, and any low major player that may help them is going to skip over them and go to a high major as Well.

Their best player, Horne, left them 2 years ago where he was the 4th or 5th best player in the conference champ team and went to Colorado. Colorado, which is horrible, told him he would come off the bench if he came back.
