Its cool we're playing Colorado. That we get to see these guys 1 last time (albeit its still lame compared to the old days when we would have ridden multiple seasons with these players..)

Its lame they dont have half their starters. Its also lame that porter will boast and post any wins in this tournament to his resume as if they were high quality wins (if we win). I.e., "I am awesome. We had 20+ wins in 2025-26..". I hope an underclassmen does not absolutely blow up and go off stats-wise so that we lose them or have to give them huge raises..

Maybe we can win it, get to 22 wins, and another smaller school sucker can take our mastermind HC off of our hands

I had the same thought -- will be so, so lame when he and some of his supporters boast about a 20-win season if we win tonight.

Maybe WS and hoopsaustin could get together for a one-on-one postseason tournament. They could call it the battle of the dicks.

No. It STARTED at 5.5 and is NOW 9.5. So I guess it’s the opposite of your statement
Most of that due to Colorado having starters enter the portal - our depth took a hit with Dayton but Atak and Rogers now the 8/9th guys

Moser trimmed the bench down the stretch big time but not having Sparky as a 3rd guard and ball handler could create some issue. Especially if game(s) are tight or Nigel gets in FT.

Could see Tae Davis or Reid playing point forward some would be my guess.

I live in CO and have many CU friends. Tad Boyle is a good coach. When he was at U Northern Colorado he brought in a team that played Kelvin to the end in Norman.

We should win with all their portal guys but we aren't great as a favorite.

It was a long time since either team played. Who knows?

And if you wanna get your 88 hate on, Danny Manning is CU assistant. Expect a few Danny and Miracles references from announcers

My best guess would be Moser's hope is to have at least one of Brown/Pack (or both) on the floor at all times with Jones in to give them some time to rest, then like you said, Davis and Reid handling the ball if needed.

Yep, Davis can handle the PG duties for small stretches. You watch, Atak will get some run tonight due to Dayton being out...and will go like 6-6 from 3.
