Georges Niang/Buddy Hield

Niang has been an amazing player. I love watching him and Buddy both run the court. Both will be SORELY missed by the fans of this league. Niang deserves a ton of props along with Buddy.

These 2 guys are what make college basketball great. Special, indeed.

Niang's ability to complete tough shots is remarkable. Every time, I wonder how the ball goes in the basket and think it's luck; then he does it again and again. Amazing player.

What REALLY would have been great was to watch is Buddy and Niang running the court together – as Sooner teammates. Can you imagine how good OU would have been the past couple of years with that combination?

the interview after the game was really cool..Holly Rowe did a good job grabbing them both.

They both were not highly recruited but worked their a$$es off and became super players.

Such an overachiever!

Has amazing ability to throw off the timing of the defender/shot blocker. Ball is in the hoop before defender leaves his feet.

Niang has been my favorite "non-OU" player for several years now. He has a really unique skill set for a guy his size and he is quite fun to watch when he is in the zone (except against us).

It's amazing Iowa State hasn't done better what with having players like Niang, Ejim, Kane, etc all on one team.

It has been a long time and will probably be a long time again before we see a player that can use the glass like Niang. A lost skill.

He received a standing ovation last night when he fouled out from the entire Sprint Center. The KU fans by me were up in a hurry to cheer for him though the guy sitting next to me swears, along with me, Niang walks every time.
