Hardrick committed after Capel was head coach so Capel wanted him.

If Capel wanted him i believe that is a mistake in recruiting...i hope he proves me wrong, but in no way does he resemble a Major Division 1 player...he was average in High School and unless he develops a lot in the next 3 yrs he wont do much in college either...

With the caliber player Capel is recruiting he will be buried on that bench....

I believe he was offered due to a report from his doctor that said he thought he would end up @ 6'10 - 7' . Obviously, that never happened, but he was offered so early and you can't really afford to rescind an in-state kid's scholly, lest you want to piss off coaches in your own backyard.

No point in red shirting him. Hopefully there is a good chance he sees the writing on the wall and decides to transfer to a low to mid major or D-2.
