In my day an offensive player could not dislodge a defensive player off his position, by pushing him backward. I see many post players bounce the ball hen drive heir shoulder into the defensive player over and over until he is under the basket or in the position he wants and then shoots the ball. Is this legal?

Is this legal?

It’s illigal, but usually only gets called if the offensive player extends his arm.
