She visited Southern California this past weekend.
The big question is WHY?

USC has been recruiting some really good players.

Well, based on these possible goals, I can see why USC:
Holmes, who carries a 3.2 GPA and is a big fan of the Disney Channel, said she is interested in studying broadcast journalism, which would seem to be a perfect fit for her outgoing personality.

She is also interested in sports medicine, and -- to be sure -- there are a lot of college coaches interested in her.

However, currently from what I hear the team at USC is incredibly fractured. Not a happy place to be.

From reading that article, I bet she would get along great with Kornet, Maddie, Carter, and Edwards, all of whom appear to be pretty comical.

We really need a player of her ability.

Not sure If Holmes and Cox will go to the same college, but it's good that both girls have built a mutual respect/friendship for each other.... From what I've seen around the web it would appear that Cox is headed to Baylor..

Not sure if Holmes has interest in OU, but she would be a great fit for us... maybe being willing to leave Texas but not go to far from home I could see her at a school like OU or West VA.

You never know what is rumor and what is fact but, I've heard Cox will not be going to Baylor.

I would take either Cox or Holmes and be elated.

I would be surprised and disappointed in Cox if she were to go to Baylor. Any more, I tend to lose a little respect for someone who goes to Mulkey, and Lauren has more class than what Baylor is exhibiting. I will be surprised if Lauren does not end up at OU, Notre Dame, Stanford, Connecticut, or Texas.

I can't see Lauren Cox at Baylor. Mulkey's coaching style is conducive to recruiting certain types of players and women, in my opinion. She doesn't seem to fit the prototype.

Holmes may end up somewhere like LSU.

Yes, the other day I said I thought she would get along great with our team. I just hope all of our coaches are getting to know her really well.
