If only TMG, WW and Tiny Gallon could have been better teammates and all made the right decision from the jump: play for the name on the front instead of the back and let talent plus winnning get you in the draft.

Always interested to hear what a non-biased color commentator has to say about our situation, becuase much of it comes from the SID, which in tun is obviously approved by the AD. Consitently, the mantra has been guys play hard, but lack of talent caused by early defections.

Not making excuses or otherwise, just pointing out what seems to me to be a common theme in what the "big network" color guys say about us.

The comments by the color commentator, who was very poor by the way, were more indicative of the fact they don't want to blast Capel because they feel sorry for him.

I don't need a color commentator to tell me how he's done. I've watched him for 4+ seasons now and seen enough to know he can't get it done without the best player on the planet on his team. Those kinds of players don't come around every year.
