I hope Coach C makes it clear that if he doesn't work out and get with the program then he wont play. No tickee, no washee.

I'd like to think that point would be emphasized BEFORE WWIII decides to come back, otherwise, it is a tail wagging dog scenario [that does nobody any good].

If I am sensing this right from Capel; He believes that Warren is not the problem. Mostly on TMG and Gallon. I also read into this that he does not really care if the 2 are staying or not. Given some of the distractions that they inflicted on the team. He is in man love with Pledge and Fitz and knows they are good kids. I personally want to believe they will say and grow up a ton. If we can get some blue collar guys that will work there buts off in the paint and some to spell our point guard we will be pretty good next year. Then the next year we will be set up for a good run. Maybe, even win 25 games.

That's what I read into it to. However, I do wonder how much of that is the fact he know WW is leaving and TMG and Gallon are coming back. As a coach, you definetely don't want to be add odds with a guy going into the NBA. Especially for recruiting purposes.

What makes you think TMG is a headcase?

The way he blatantly gave up on defense vs. Ok. State in the Big 12 tournament, him and Capel not seeing eye to eye earlier in the season, one of the posters displaying TMG's Facebook status regarding his academic habits, going out on Campus Corner the night before the Baylor game, and Capel failing to mention him being back earlier this week... Those are some reasons.

Not saying TMG is an awful person or can't fix these issues--a lot of it seems like it stems from immaturity--but all these reasons added up and you can make a case that he's unfortunately the biggest headcase on the team.

I was basing my remark partly on the information that WW wouldn't(didn't)make the off season workouts, at least not often.

Do we really need to have another one of these threads again? I thought the board was past this with the other 200 threads discussing this very same thing.
